Privacy and Conditions of Use

All the contents of this package are freeware. This package contains only assets made by me and those I have been given permission to include with the route. 

For assets included in the route .rwp file you may use, clone, modify, rebadge and rebrand them. You are permitted to release freeware cloned versions, additions, updates and extensions so long as the original author (me) is credited.

Those included in “Other Peoples Assets for L&M.zip” are excluded from this permission as they remain the copyright of other authors.

None of this route’s contents may be used where payment is sought or other commercial activities.  I reserve absolutely the right to determine what is commercial. Charityware is commercial but is likely to be granted access.

You are NOT permitted to release, in any form, the original route or modified versions of the route using it’s current directory. This is to protect others (and me) from unwanted changes to my version of the route.

For freeware that you develop for yourself or for release as freeware on any website or system, you have an absolute and total right of ownership.

You may use these assets, clone them, modify them, rebadge and rebrand them.

They may not be used where payment is sought or other commercial activities. I reserve absolutely the right to determine what is commercial. Charityware is commercial but is likely to be granted access.

If you release modified versions of these assets then please do keep in mind that others will still need them in an original form. Please don’t use exactly the same names as mine in a public release; use your own.
