Landrovers

This package contains three Series IIA Short Wheel Base Landrover body types. These are an open back truck cab version, a canvas covered back with truck cab, and the van body fully enclosed.  

The Series 2A was produced between 1961 and 1971 and followed on from the narrow bodied and boxy original Series 1 model.  The Series II models were identifiable by the headlights in the radiator and individual indicator, brake and side lights.

The models are painted in the marine blue and bronze green which were ( and still are ) the most common colours seen out in the countryside.  I owned a van bodied version as a first serious car until it failed its MOT, broke a spring and expired for want of ready cash.
